Inside Sales Representative
Position Summary
Crumrine Property Tax Advisors is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support the firm’s growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. This individual will play a critical role in building relationships with commercial real estate owners, asset managers, property managers, and investment firms throughout Texas.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, persistent, comfortable making outbound calls, and motivated by performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking efforts.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients within multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and other commercial real estate sectors.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for senior consultants and leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Research ownership structures and decision-makers for target properties and portfolios.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and referral sources.
- Assist with proposal preparation and client onboarding activities.
- Track sales pipeline activity and report progress toward goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales, business development, customer service, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Experience in commercial real estate, property tax, or professional services is a plus.

Junior Property Tax Consultant
Position Summary
Crumrine Property Tax Advisors is seeking a Junior Property Tax Consultant to assist with commercial property tax consulting, valuation analysis, appeal preparation, and client service activities. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn directly from industry veterans and develop expertise in commercial real estate valuation and property tax reduction strategies.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in commercial real estate, finance, valuation, or taxation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing property tax protests and appeal documentation.
- Analyze appraisal district records, market data, and property financial information.
- Develop equity and market value comparison analyses.
- Conduct research on comparable property sales, leases, and operating performance.
- Assist in preparing hearing evidence and presentation materials.
- Support consultants during informal meetings and Appraisal Review Board hearings.
- Maintain property databases and valuation models.
- Communicate with appraisal districts and client representatives.
- Assist with client reporting and project management tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate, valuation, appraisal, tax, or financial analysis internship experience.
- Familiarity with ARGUS, CoStar, Excel modeling, or valuation concepts.
- Interest in pursuing professional designations such as Senior Texas Property Tax Consultant License, CCIM or CMI designation.
